• EV iCharge Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from the use of this website, including loss of data or profits.

• While we endeavor to keep the website operational, we do not accept responsibility for any temporary unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Unless specified otherwise, we or our licensors retain the intellectual property rights to the website and its content. All rights reserved.

• Without our explicit permission, you are prohibited from republishing, selling, sub-licensing, displaying, reproducing, duplicating, copying, or modifying any material from the website for commercial purposes.

• This Legal Notice is governed by English law, and any disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.

2. Making a Contract:

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We will confirm the receipt of your order via email.

• If goods are unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred, we will notify you, and the contract will be voided.

• While we strive for accuracy, all provided information is approximate and in good faith.

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

3. How to Place an Order:

• Orders can be placed on our website by selecting desired products and adding them to your cart. Items can be removed from your cart as needed.

• If purchasing a quote, the buyer is responsible for verifying its accuracy.

• The buyer assumes responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the purchased goods.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

• Secure payment facilities are provided for online purchases via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

• Prices quoted on our website include Value Added Tax at the current rate for orders shipped to the UK.

• Once confirmed, changes to your order may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges:

• Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within the specified lead time.

• Delivery will be made to the specified premises with an additional charge. Delivery times are between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday, or customers can opt for self-pickup.

• We are not liable for loss or damage if the delivery company is instructed to leave the goods unattended.

• Disposal of packing materials is the customer’s responsibility.

• If no one is available to accept the delivery, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

• Changing the delivery address post-dispatch may incur extra charges and delay delivery.

• Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any missing or damaged items to us.

• Reports of lost or damaged goods should be made within two working days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, or the default of our suppliers

5. Cancellation Policy:

5.1 If you cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and before it’s dispatched, there will be no cancellation fees as long as the item is in good condition and still in its original packaging.

5.2 Cancelling an order after 7 days of placing it but before dispatch will result in an £80 administrative fee.

5.3 While you’re not obligated to provide a reason for cancellation, a brief explanation would assist us in enhancing our future customer service.

5.4 If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you must return the goods within 10 days, along with the original packaging, at your own expense, to a specified UK address. The items must be adequately packaged to prevent damage.

5.5 We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to delays, damage, or lost deliveries, including installer or tradesperson fees.

5.6 We do not accept liability for any loss of earnings stemming from late, incorrect, or lost deliveries.

6. Faulty Goods/Guarantee:

6.1 Please consult our warranty page for information on faulty goods (Warranty Page).

7. Liability:

7.1 We do not assume liability for any consequential loss, costs, or damages arising from the proper or improper use of our hardware products, except in cases of our negligence.

8. Limit of Liability:

• We are not liable for any damages to appliances, devices, or electrical systems on your property unrelated to the installation of an EViCharge product.

• Additionally, we are not responsible for damages resulting from alterations made to your installation by unqualified individuals or those not associated with us.
